Embedded tungsten carbide weld has been inserted into the lobes of the flowers and the chevrons have been cast to KCL specification to increase the overall wear life as well as polish up to reduce sticking problems.

The above improvements have extended wear life and reduced delays due to hard to process materials like rock and sticky material causing fouling and high wear.
